A famous Dakshina Kali named Agomeshwari Ma worshiped during Kali Puja in Santipur. Sri Krisnananda Agamvagisha was the creator of the first
statue of this form of Dakshina Kali. As per the mith mother Dakshina Kali showed
to him in a delusion and told him to admire her in a specific figure that would
emerge to him the next day. The next morning he watched a young woman preparing
cow dung patties. While insertion a patty on a wall, she stood in the alidha
pose, with her right foot onward. When she aware Krishnananda seeing her, she
was make ashamed and put her tongue between her teeth. On observing this,
Agamvagisha make the deity, with the portrayal of tantra.
